Privacy policy

The short version

This site doesn't collect personal information: there are no accounts, no live forms and no tracking cookies. There are no analytics either. Before we start collecting any information, such as newsletter signups, we'll update this page with how it's used and a contact address.

What we collect

• Through the site itself: nothing. The newsletter, submission and sponsor forms are not active. Their fields are disabled and they don't send data anywhere.
• Cookies: we don't set any. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it has to check that a visitor isn't a bot.
• Analytics and scripts: none are installed. The pages load no third-party scripts or fonts.
• Hosting: like any website, our hosting provider may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the pages. We don't use that data to profile visitors.

Links to other sites

Workflow pages link to third-party sources, such as template pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

We may add privacy-friendly analytics, an email newsletter, or working submission and sponsor forms later. Before any of these goes live, we'll update this page to say what's collected, why, which providers process it, how long it's kept and how to opt out, and we'll change the date above.
