What to include

- Function: lead generation, CRM, proposals, client onboarding or customer support.
- Tools: the stack it runs on (e.g. n8n, Zapier or Make, plus the apps it connects).
- Steps: a short outline.
- Public source: a link to the template, guide or video.
- Caveats: costs, consent or terms-of-service issues you know about.
