Steps
- A rep submits a quote for approval in HubSpot Quotes.
- Zaps work out which approvers are needed from the concessions and the rep's reporting line, and check out-of-office status.
- Approvers get the request and approve, reject or request changes in Slack.
- Approved quotes are marked approved in HubSpot so the rep can send them; rejected ones are marked rejected for resubmission.
- Approvers who haven't responded within 24 hours are tagged as a reminder.
