Pipedrive deal stage → PDF quotation → e-signature with DottedSign

- General (any small business)
Problem
Building a quote document from deal data and sending it for signature is manual copy-paste
Caveats
No AI involved. Requires admin access to Pipedrive, a DottedSign developer account (cost UNKNOWN) and your own self-hosted Gotenberg server for PDF conversion. You must set the trigger stage ID and adjust the signature field position to fit your template. Check a few generated quotes for pricing errors before sending to clients.

Setup estimates are rough guesses for someone comfortable with the tools who already has the accounts and API keys. Real time is unknown until tested.
