Problem
Deals in a Notion CRM go untouched for weeks and nobody notices until they are lost
Caveats
Needs the author's Notion database structure (the template links a Notion template to duplicate), a Telegram bot and an OpenAI API key. Deal details are sent to OpenAI. The default coach persona can be sarcastic; set the persona to a tone your team is comfortable with.

Steps
- Runs every morning.
- Fetch the agents database (Notion user to Telegram ID) and active deals from Notion.
- Calculate days since each deal was last touched.
- Match each stale deal to its assigned manager.
- OpenAI writes a short nudge based on deal value and stage.
- Send it to that person on Telegram with a link to the Notion deal (unassigned deals go to a fallback chat).
