Problem

After a deal closes, setting up the folder, tasks, welcome email and kickoff call takes an hour of admin per client

Caveats

Needs GoHighLevel API access (key and location ID), an Anthropic API key (cost UNKNOWN) and Google Workspace. The configuration step stores the GoHighLevel API key in a code node; moving it into n8n credentials is safer. The Claude-written welcome email goes to the client automatically, so review the prompt and test it on yourself first. Client details are sent to Anthropic.

Steps

  1. GoHighLevel webhook fires when an opportunity moves to Won.
  2. Extract contact and deal details and set a kickoff two business days out.
  3. Claude writes a welcome email, an internal summary and six onboarding tasks.
  4. Create the tasks in GoHighLevel.
  5. Create a client folder in Drive, email the client the welcome with the folder link and schedule the kickoff in Calendar.
  6. Post to Slack, tag the contact in GoHighLevel and log the onboarding to Sheets.

Setup estimates are rough guesses for someone comfortable with the tools who already has the accounts and API keys. Real time is unknown until tested.
