Problem

Requests arrive unsorted, and nobody sees trends

Caveats

Needs a Google Gemini API key, a Typeform account (other form tools can be swapped in) and SMTP email. Ticket text and customer details are sent to Google Gemini, so don't route health or other sensitive data through it without checking each provider's privacy terms. Spot-check AI categories and sentiment.

Steps

  1. Ticket submitted via Typeform.
  2. Gemini categorizes it (billing, bug, feature, how-to, complaint) and scores sentiment.
  3. Store in Sheets.
  4. Email an analytics report to the team.
